The program chair of the Joint CISS/Keynote Conference invites paper and panel proposals on the theme Between the Global and the Local: Actors, Institutions and Processes. This international conference will take place June 24 - 26, 2012 in Prague. The conference seeks to address key dimensions of the interplay between the global stage and local in the context of the unique and, in many respects, unprecedented challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.
